Booking and availability?

How close are the resort to the beach?

Our resort is beachfront at Klong Dao beach.
What are the terms of cancellation?

In case of any cancellation the deposit paid is Non-refundable. Any change to the booking after confirmation will be free of charge, subject to availability. Please not that all cancellations should be done 72 hours prior to the day of arrival by sending an e-mail to info@bambiesproperties.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash and credit card. When paying with credit card we charge 3% of total amount.
Why do I have to pay deposit?

A 30% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation and is our security measure againts no-shows. This allows us to manage our bookings effectively and makes room availability more predictable for other potential guests. During peak season, a 100% deposit is required.
How many people can be accommodated in the same bungalow?

· Bungalows: Accommodates 2 adults and 2 children below 12 years or 3 adults and 1 child below 12 years old. Configuration includes 1 king-size bed, 1 single bed, and 1 pullout bed. · Family Bungalow: Suitable for up to 3 adults and 2 children. Layout features 1 king-size bed, 1 single bed, and 1 bunk bed.
Do you offer baby cribs?

Yes, we do offer baby cribs upon request in advance but cannot be guaranteed if not confirmed before arrival.
Do you have a main pool?

We do have a main pool for our guest to enjoy. Sarongs are available in the bungalows, and you are more than welcome to bring them with you to the pool and beach.
Do you have free Wifi?

Yes, we have wifi in all bungalows and in our common areas.
Is there safe box in the bungalow?

Yes, each room is equipped with a safe box.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in 15:00 Check out 11:00
Do you offer Laundry service?

Laundry service is available at THB 50/kg. You can contact the reception and they will assist you. If you leave the laundry in the morning, it will normally be ready the day after around 6-8 pm.
What are the restaurant’s opening hours?

The restaurant is open from 8 am – 10 pm.
Is the breakfast buffet or à la carte?

All meals served is á la carte.
